@kpost2- Good morning. I'm with you on Albuterol. I hate the side effects. I feel like in one of those old fashion shaking machine. But they work and their effects become less over time. I have a tendency to stop meds that I don't like because I want to feel "normal". But that's really being short sighted for me. I have had to be patient and "put up with things" for a short while in order to feel better in the long run. There is probably a barrier that you could put up for your eyes. or close them and rest. It only lasts a short time and it helps over time. I do hope that you will reconsider. It helped prevent a bronchitis into developing into a full blown pneumonia for me and let me stay at home.

Good morning! Yes I know the albuterol makes my heart race too but my doctor at Mayo told me to use it before my Tobramycin and it’s helping. It does open up the airways and help me breathe better. It may not be for everyone but it’s a good thing to keep until you know you really can’t. I was ready to give up meds as soon I felt some side effects but recently I listened to a special person in our group and I can say... I’m doing much better! Yesterday I went shopping for 4 long hours! I have not done that in more than a year. I am starting to feel like a normal person again. I hope you feel better! Hugs and prayers! Rita
