You might want to check with your doctor immediately. I don't know what your medication situation is but when mine was running that low the doctor reevaluated what I was taking. He weaned me off the Beta Blocker and blood pressure returned to a level that allowed me to gain some strength Mine stays around 115/68 - 125/72 with a pulse in 50-70 range. I do feel better. My HA was 4 years ago with 3 stents. I think it is possible to have a BP too low. I am 75 as well.

Just joined, so first time on...I am just out of the hospital, at 38 open heart surgery, over the years, stents, rotablation, etc, and now at a young 80 heart failure....Fluid was drained over a three week stay in hospital (ICU) home now, they changed my meds, and now blood pressure is low, I think too low, but don't know how low it is or dangerous.. it is usually about 90 over 40 but sometines 80 over low 40's....Hard to see doctor, need to wait sometimes months, is that something I should be worried about, the low pressure??
