Anyone have Pain in hip flexors, thighs, knees?

I sleep a total of three hrs a nite as I have the sensations of needles in my thighs and feet which is terrible painful....I hate going to bed knowing what is ahead of me. it all started after I had my laminectomy and fusion for stenosis ten yrs ago...........

For what it’s worth I take an ice pack to bed to put my feet on so I can sleep sometimes though my toes will cramp

Yikes! Not for me! My feet already feel like their ice cold, even though they're really not cold when I touch them.

I, too, am getting to that point of hating going to bed because I don't know if it's going to be several hours of pain in my legs. Oddly, at about 4 a.m. the pain seems to calm down.

STEELDOVE.......I usually wake at three or four and stay awake til morning, shifting my legs every way possible to alleviate the pain....it all started after my stenosis surgery in 2009.......I had nothing but trouble after that and for the last ten yrs..........
