Hello @psearby17. I wanted to invite a few members who were discussing bulging discs with you on the Welcome thread to your discussion on bulging discs. Here, @lioness, @sandytoes14, @liz223, @junebug15, @virtuous69, @jenapower, @maxiesmom and others can share their experiences with bulging discs. You mentioned a few different diagnoses that may be combining to cause you pain, but do you have a specific question about bulging discs?

@psearby17 I'm waiting for a referral to a neurosurgeon my PCP said he would be able to relieve the pain without surgery? This will be great if he can .In the meantime I found putting ice on it ,taking Advil helped also one site I researched said Epsom salts also I've done both and it does relieve the pain ,this is temporary I found a site you can look up http:/www.nccih/nih/gov/bulging disc Good luck
