Hello @steeldove, I'd like to invite @kruppm and @jeffbrewer to share their experiences with IVIG treatment for different variations of neuropathy.
While we wait for others to join the conversation, would you feel comfortable sharing a bit about your LSRPN diagnosis? How long have you had this diagnosis and how are your symptoms?

I've not had a formal diagnosis of LSRPN, but have done extensive research seeking answers to the unusual pain pattern in my thighs (hip flexors to knees) combined with idiopathic PN and spine issues. I found that many of the scholarly articles about the subject were by the Dr. P.J. Dyck and Dr. P. J. B Dyck at Mayo. I have appointments at Mayo in late August, and hope that I can schedule time with one or both of the Drs Dyck.
