Has anyone tried acupuncture for neuropathy?

Hi Nancy @banksnc49 -- my mother had rheumatoid arthritis and swore by acupunture treatments but I'm a skeptic. I only have numbness with my PN so maybe that might be part of it for me. I have heard it's helped some and not others so that's the dilemma. There are a lot of companies making money selling stuff to people in pain with PN and other illnesses so it's good to do your own research and find out what you can about a treatment first.

Here's are a couple of studies done, one is so-so and the other is positive:

Thank you John. I will definitely check these out. I know PN is difficult to treat.
