Hi Darlingtondoll, From Georgia/Australia. I tutor in biotech and physics -- so I can understand the chemistry etc.of David Sinclair's research to a reasonable extent - I started his plan a month ago with the help of my BHRT doctor. Did anybody take biology in high school? Like Elon Musk, David Sinclair is able to put complex systems in simple terms.
