Hi, Ausie, I'm also diag. with CKD so have used the Davita site for recipes. Will see if I can find the Quick Ref. Guide and post a link. Thank you for the information!

Hi fiesty, I hope you're able to find it. I think my son can help me with it if I can get a few minutes with him! I will post it as soon as I can. Take care and stay safe!

Hi fiesty,
I have just posted the directions to get the the Reference Guide. Unfortunately, it's very exactly very direct but I wrote very specific instructions. Please let me know if I can be of any more help!

PS While getting to the reference guide, you have to scroll past a terrific new cookbook for cooking for one or two with some very friendly recipes.

Hi fiesty,

It took a bit of digging to find because Davita's website is not the easiest to search. I'm including it here in case you haven't seen it--

Go to — https://www.davita.com/diet-nutrition/kidney-friendly-cookbooks
Scroll down to the first box just below "Download Our Free Kidney-Friendly Cookbooks and Diet Guide"
Click on the first box — "Cooking for One of Two" cookbook (which has some awesome and quick recipes).
Scroll down to the end of the cookbook till you see Quick Reference Guide!
Quick Reference Guide is 2 pages, the second of which is the handy chart with "Guidelines for what to eat for choronic kidney disease (CKD) stages"

There are some great recipes too!
