@darlingtondoll Wonderful news for you to improve from stage 3 to stage 2! When you say "my paralysis" do you mean your legs don't work? If so, it makes sense to me that you would have gastric issues. I believe my gastric issues are, in part, from autonomic neuropathy. Remember being a young child and wondering why the "old" folks always talked about their stomachs and stool? Now we know! Right!? haha
