Hi @maryd,

I'm tagging @srounkle @tdrell, and @cherfenn who mentioned, "...at times I will present with severe angina with ischemia with no detectable biomarkers or obvious ECG changes." In a previous discussion, @rmwundrow shared about her husband's ischemic heart disease and may also have some insights.
@maryd, do you have chest pain or discomfort (angina)?

Hello kanaazpereira. Yes, sometimes I get a stabbing pain on the Right side of my chest the past year. It is random. Not necessarily with exercise. Sometimes at rest. Sometimes even feels better right after exercise. I've recently received many tests for long standing shortness of breath and fatigue and inability to fly without the same symptoms which started in 2006 after an upper respiratory infection. Cardiac stress MRI, Bike exercise echo, and Cardio-pulmonary treadmill stress test, and right heart cath with exercise are all normal other then showing some exercise induced hypertension. One cardiologist thought the ekg changes on the bike stress echo may indicate small vessel disease. It's all been very confusing. Still no real answers.
