I have been recently diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy. I have burning pain on the bottom of my feet and heel pain. I'm interested in your CBD type and dosage - can you share this information?

Hi, I do take CBD oil, however truthfully I find it rather ineffective. I trust the health benefits claims around reducing inflammation etc but I don’t see any real benefits, especially with pain. This is with pure CBD oil with a very low concentration of THC at 0.07%. I have also tried Indica CBD oil with 25mg/ml total THC - the highest concentration of THC you can get to aid with sleep and pain but again this does very little for me. Gabapentin helps me sleep so I can at least forget about the pain for awhile (400mg) at night but does next to nothing for pain control in the waking hours. I have yet to find the magic lotion, potion, cream, pill, food, exercise, routine or anything that actually helps. Good luck to you. Please share if you come across something that works. Take care

Hi. I've been taking CBD oil for the past year or so. I order mine from a supplier called Spectrum Cannabis. It's a 40 ml bottle, which contains less than 1.0 mg/ml THC; 20.0 mg/ml CBD. I usually take 0.4 ml 3 times per day. I find it effective in reducing the pain to a manageable level.
