@wilcy, I am a bit confused. You are using Kratom for neuropathy according to your reply. You also asked how to use the P & B Releaf Balm, as a tincture or topical and told us that it didn't do anything for the 3-1 ratio. So instead of trying to go back and forth to figure your sequencing, may I just say that everyone is different. And maybe we are not talking about the same product. I just opened a 3:1 box and it said $33. So that is a difference right there. I applied the Releaf Balm after a shower and cannot feel the pins and needles in my hands at this moment.
