@gfisher, @margottaylor , Great feedback and good for you for giving cannabis a try. I am now doing that same night dose.... a 2:1 CBD/THC tincture and then lights out. For me that not only keeps the pain in check, it also reduces anxiety and quiets my mind so I can have a refreshing sleep. Topicals are another matter......I have tried several different options and have settled on a 3:1 CBD/THC Papa & Barkley Releaf Balm especially when I have needles as well as tingling.
