Depends on which state you live in. Here in Nevada it is legal. But this is a cottage industry. You have to trust your supplier 100%, because there are no standards, no government testing, no way to independently verify what you are getting. It may say 1,000 mg per ounce (which mine does), from Cura Wellness in Oregon. But so what? Nevertheless less I use CBD tincture (oil) orally for my idiopathic peripheral neuropathy. Some days it seems to help, but on other days no benefit

It is legal for medical use in my state . They have dispensary’s here . If your state has them you would have to find out from them what strain will help that they have on hand . Our dispensary is not reliable to keep same strain stock . Do ask them

CBD can be purchased through the internet and mailed to you. However, at present, CBD can only use the mail (legally) if the THC is >0.3%. Personally, I have used CBD for about a year for nerve pain. I used CBD to get off of oxycodone. There are many suppliers. Do your research. It can be very confusing.
