Mainly internally …under the tongue, but I apply it topically also when my heels hurt bad for my plantar fasciitis or my hip joints also.

I have been recently diagnosed with small fiber neuropathy. I have burning pain on the bottom of my feet and heel pain. I'm interested in your CBD type and dosage – can you share this information?
