Living with pain for 29 years
Hi I've had a chronic pain on my neck and shoulders since I was about 11 years old, I'm now 40 and it's still there, lately now I also have back pain. I also suffer from migraines, have on and off throat pain, I'm uncomfortable in cold conditions, there are seasons where my hands and feet sweat alot. I'm always tired can hardly get out of bed to the point I despise going to work, my whole body tends to ache alot, there are times I just want to stay home actually most of the time, it's very frustrating cause I've been to many doctors done countless tests always recommend physio and painkillers. I could go on and on with the symptoms. If I could just get a diagnoses.

No I have not yet seen a rheumatologist, I will do that. Right now I've been for xray tests and blood tests and going to see the Doctor tomorrow with the results. So I hope I will atleast get some answers tomorrow. Thanks will update.
@mmak I think a rheumatologist may help there are 18 pressure points she should check I had 11 of 18 that was 30 yrs ago but now I read an article there is a blood test for it. Please let me know . I over the years have tried a lot of things and finally have it pretty down pat for myself. So I can give you suggestions if needed. good luck
Hi, I had done xray tests and blood tests, the results came and my doc said I have vitamin D deficiency, anybody who has had that diagnosis and what is it about? I'm now on medication for 5 weeks and then he will see how it goes but he said he is not ruling out fibromylagia.
