@virginiacarol Another way to ease into the day is a long warmly hot shower ... Orthopedist says water heat is s good way to get the blood going ... thankful I can use my shower ... Can't imagine a day without the restorative and caress of clean water. The other day tried straining, twisting to allow myself to drop into the tub landing plop on my butt. The sound of rushing water birthing wild soap suds and the slow luscious stretch into the precious liquid was ... Oh boy, a terrific ... such a soak has not been enjoyed for the past few years. Oh yeah getting up and out of the tub was remarkable accomplishment ... Had to summon my husband after calling him to awake from a deep sleep getting colder, chilly sitting there designing the plan to get out of this mess ... tubbing will never again be on my morning list. (Brought to my patient husband a surprise cup if coffee to his bed with a slice of buttered while wheat, cranberry, and walnut bread ... What a guy.)
