@johnbishop Hi John Dr put me on 1200 mg calcium but told me to take one in morning and 1 at night I haven't had any constipation .Also about gabapentin Dr started me on 1 at night 3 day Didn't work so now 4 at night sleep good and 3;day this seems to work for me Linda

Over a 7-yr period, dr had to increase my dose almost every 6-9 months. Then I developed a horrible allergic reaction which took prednisone to get under control. Those drugs are so tough on our bodies!! I hope you can handle them ok.
