As heart attack survivor , my suggestions are 1.Check sleeping position and apply Bit Of olive oil and heat to paining arm before going to sleep and do it 3 times a day.2 Donsimple Exercise se Of upper part and Yoga.Wtach Swami Ramdeo Yoga videos on You tube and try to do same.3.Reduce sugar , sugary drinks, potato chips and Meat drastically.4 Take at lesat 4 servings of fruits a day .5.Meditate and talk to pain ful part of body .Leran to relax and NEVER over exert.6 Try deep breathing and Pranayam.7 Drink Warm water always and take cup of hot milk with turmeric and bit of sugar before going to bed.8 Listen to music you love and visualize that pain is coming down and body is releasing Endorphins .It works.God Bless
I'll be sure to try that, thanks!
Well, my family has a history of things like congestive hesrt failure, high cholesterol, and high blood pressure. My pain varies, typically it feels like my heart is working too hard and blood isn't getting through, because my arms start to go numb near my armpits in my neck, which happens to my dad whenever he needs to get a stint in his heart for a clogged artery. Any tests the doctors see shows that it's normal, though they only take my blood pressure and listen to my heart. They've only done a few ECGs on me but they always seem normal. Even the cardiologist i went to saw nothing and things I'm exaggerating. They all think it's because of stress or things i eat, but the pain happens all the time, no matter what I'm doing. I honestly wish they could find something out, because the pain I've felt has only gotten worse this year.
