Lovely lioness, I just got back from the doctor where he did a procedure that has helped very much. I got home and took my turmeric, among other things, such as extra vitamin C, probiotics. Now I'm waiting on a salad.

I'm good for now, gonna lie here in the recliner, listen to my Jesus music, do some work on my phone, and maybe catnap. I sure haven't felt much like getting on here lately. Pain will do that.

But this is my place to be. The Spectrum Cafe. The table is set, ready and waiting. Every one has a place at the table here. Order whatever you want, we have it.
