Good Friday morning to you! How are you all, my darlings? Ready for a peaceful, calming, yet fun weekend, perhaps? I hope you don't have to work at all this weekend. But if you do, know that Mamacita is here, thinking about all of you, sending bear hugs and puppy dog devotion to you all!

We have a black, middle aged Pug that we named Sir Puggleton. In moments of extreme fondness for him, we call him Pugsley. He requires a good bit of attention, as Pugs have flat faces and sometimes respiratory issues. This particular Pug has allergies. Just like his family! So we have to medicate him every day.

We love Pugalot, but sometimes he is cranky and short on good manners. So we correct him, love him, and attempt to give him - and us - a good life. Just like this page. I love it. I love having all of you in my life. If I am wrong about something, I desire to correct it. If you have overstepped the bounderies, somewhat, I will sweetly, gently, private message you. We are all human, and as such, we make mistakes from time to time. No worries. You are free to express yourself and to ask questions.

This is a safe place for grown ups who are Spectrum Dwellers! For us to discuss, share information, tell our stories, and support each other. Everything else is icing on the cake. I share all kinds of information about Autism On my Facebook page. Every single day. I will indeed begin sharing more factual information as I find it. On here. Right here. There are exciting new developments ahead of us. Let's travel that road together. "No information about us, without us." Love you! Remember....we are better together.

John, thank you again for all the technical assistance you have given me. I really appreciate it. I was never trained on how to use all these devices. Again, if I can find a beginners class, I am claiming a spot! Here where I live college is free if you are over 65. All you need are the books and room in the class so the professor is comfortable!

Have a lovely weekend. Stay warm!

@mamacita It has been a rough few days for me, personally. This past Wed night, there was a mass shooting in Thousand Oaks [CA], where 12 people were killed. The law enforcement officer who was killed was someone I had worked with. As that tragedy unfolded, I watched many former co-workers start to deal with this senseless tragedy. Then, the next day, before first responders could take a breath, a fire started in that same part of the county, and still rages on. There has been so much loss. Last December I was caught up in the big fire in my county, and cowered for 3 days with car packed, fully clothed, little rest, as the storm of flames swirled around and near me. So these two tragedies this week, one manmade, one by nature, has reduced my resilience. The smoke in the air and sight of active fire yesterday, took me right back to last December.

What am I doing today? Talking to you, my cyber friends, around this table of care. Releasing the dark energy. But also being grateful for being able to feel, and acknowledge the effects of the events. It helps a lot.
