Throbbing in foot due to neuropathy

@joannem

I prefer nothing on my feet, I have issues every night from pain and sometimes it feels like someone is zapping me. My favorite thing to use to settle things down are blue emu and massage. I have a handhead electric massager and a large massager that I put my feet on. I am on gabapentin 900mgs. With all the conversation about it causing brain fog, I have been taking less of it.

@joannem Thank you so much l will try the blue emu. I was on the gabapentin but l got off after l heard on the doctors show about the side effects and one of the doctors on the show was prescribed or and he hurried up and got off. He said its very hard to get off so that's why sometimes l will still have the pain so l.have to take tramdol when l just can't stand the pain because it's an opioid and l dont know how long my doctor will be able to prescribe it to me.

My painkiller is lortab. I am on it for various reasons and and I doubt that it will be taken off of it or some other pain killer as I have other issues besides nephropathy. However I was told that I couldn't have an anxiety drug and a pain killer prescribed to me without a lot of paperwork.
