Hi @inspired123, One thing I can tell you is that you are not alone. I have neuropathy but it's not caused by diabetes. I believe diabetic neuropathy is the one diagnosis of neuropathy that you have a good chance of reversing if you catch it early and you make some lifestyle changes. Here's an article you may find helpful:

Similar to the question by @ethanmcconkey, are you able to share a little more about your diabetes and any treatments you are following?
Hello, @inspired123 - I moved your discussion on diabetic neuropathy to this existing discussion on the topic because I think you'll get more responses to your question about whether others have had pain and numbness in their legs from this type of neuropathy here.
@cehunt57 @abd123 @lyssia @chandyjohn1@madera @grahamb @rwinney @joanmargaret44 and others have talked about diabetic neuropathy in themselves or a loved one and might have some comments on their symptoms.
Has anything provided relief from your pain and numbness thus far, inspired123?
Hi @inspired123 that must be so frightening having pain and numbness in your legs from the diabetic neuropathy.

Back to you @inspired123 how you you been told to treat it at this time?
