Does anyone suffer nervousness that exhibits as a knot in the stomach, intermittent waves of nausea, occasional loss of appetite? If so, I’d like to hear from you. Docs say it’s likely anxiety, since all testing I’ve had is “normal”.

I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing anxiety at the level that is causing you upset stomach and knots. I have experienced that level of anxiety once in my life. I was getting a divorce at the time, and it was overwhelming for me. I started going to group therapy for women, and that helped me tremendously. I never took medication for it, just talk therapy. I also read a book by Dorothy Jongeward, titled Women As Winners. I did the exercises in it to help me get in touch with my feelings and learn how to calm my fears. It worked for me.

I recommend learning how to meditate and/or take Yoga or Tai Chi to learn how calm your anxiety. Medications prescribed for anxiety is
always addictive if you take it on a regular basis. The only thing I would recommend is CBD, which is a derivative of Marijuana. It doesn't make you high, and it is calming. It is not addictive. I have posted information on this thread about where you can find information about it if you are interested. My post is below this one.

Please let us know how you're doing.
