Hello @sharonalllen
I'm sorry to hear of your spasticity. What part of your body is the spasticity centered? I have a Parkinson's disorder and I experience intermittent spasticity in my thighs. I have found that physical therapy (PT) and regular exercise (especially range of motion/stretching exercises) have helped a great deal.
What type of PT and exercises have you tried since your stroke?

I am an avid exerciser and I had to stop because it caused me to have severe pain for several hours after, because I have stopped moving, my condition has become more severe than ever, thus my research into a Baclophen pump.
