Hi Ronnie! It is always very difficult for us to realize and abide by our limitations and even more so when we feel better. It is positive that you have felt better since your replacement surgery. Now, just don't do any more bending! I hope you recover from that activity quickly.

Sadly, my brain and my body don't connect very well.
When I feel badly for any length of time, my brain tells me to relax (good thing), but then I become depressed and feel like an invalid.
When I feel good (or better), my brain tells me to do, do, do. At the moment I am involved, I feel almost euphoric and 'normal.'
I am not manic. I just want to get all the going inn before I can't.
Double edged sword.
