Has anyone tried the TENS machine for pain?

TENS stimulates the nerves – the rationale being that the simulation keeps pain signals from reaching the brain
EMS causes the muscles to contract – by mimicking the action potential that comes from the central nervous system I THINK EMS IS STRONGER?

@mari, thank you for the added information on TENS machines. I moved your post in to a recent discussion on tens machines to be part of the active and recent discussion on TENS units. @mari, do you have experience with either a TENS or EMS?

We will spend anything to stop Pain. How about stem cells, -----PRP used to be free from Medicare, why do we have to pay $500. for it now. Big Pharma controls FDA. They have other important Drugs to research. Stem cells ARE NOT DRUGS!

CONTACT US senators and say WE WANT STEM CELL RESEARCH. My Dr. says w stem cells, in the next 50 years there will be no more surgery. (i want this now)
