I get relief from pain by laying out in the high noon sun. The UVB rays that’s only available during that time of the day creates vitamin D3 inside of my skin by the transformation of the cholesterol in the skin. I also take vitamin K2 to keep my blood calcium low to prevent calcification of the arteries and heart. Magnesium is also needed when getting vitamin D. A little zinc and vitamin a also works with D3 and K2 . Remember don’t take K2 with the older blood thinners like warfarin. The newest class of blood thinners can be used safely with vitamin K2. D becomes a hormone that helps relieve pain naturally. But I’m not giving medical advice. Talk to your dr.

I want to know more about the natural things you take for pain. I don't have a doctor; but I became knowledgable when I acquired the first arachnoiditis, and began haunting the Loma Linda medical school library (ironically the same school the orthoppedic surgeons attended who butchered my spine and gave me spinal menningitis as their parting gift. So doctors aren't my favorite folks, My own learning has gonne forward for decades (and I'm an an artist/Photographer,,,,I never yearned to learn mecicine!). So pleaseshae with me.I don't take blood thinners. I take potassium for horrid leg cramps, curcumin for join pain, antioxidents, high dose B and C and so on. L'm particularly intrested in natural hormones. Excuse my wretched spelling...I'm essentially blind

@geezappeal1 I've studied herbs and homeopathic medicine for along time Add ginger it's for inflammation as turmeric great to get ginger-Tumeric tea from Trader Joe any liquids get into body the quickest Arnica tea is for pain get it at Rite Aide drug store Arnica Gel is good as a body rub Epsom salts soak,Magnesium very healthy, for leg cramps, pickle juice is an instant relief.This is all I take and it helps me ,we are all different

I take turmeric,guarana, vitb12,and omega 3 to help. Without the guarana my energy levels are that I cant make such small jobs inside the house. Very small jobs, so its important is the G word he he.
So i did try to keep as healthy as possible oh and garlic too,a lot of it.

Magnesium token before bed will also help prevent leg cramps.

If your having leg cramps it means you’re short on electrolytes so you should drink those drinks that has hydration in them . I buy a product that comes in tablets it’s called “ nunn” drop one in 8 oz of water . Or you can buy them already mixed at your grocery store. I used to have them but those drinks stopped it

@vibenthope Thanks for reminder about guarana forgot about that for energy I've been using binding and green tea ☕

@lioness
I find guarana amazing, it's not like you suddenly get hyperactive or anything and your brain can't settle, for its a steady consistent flow of energy that just helps me do extra things, and feel proud of what I've accomplished, I can then stay awake during the day and not nap, at all, or at very least not sleep as long in the day nap, so I get good quality longer sleep at night. The hemp /cbd oil, also contributes to the longer better quality of sleep too. As we know if we feel very exhausted we can also feel pain so much more.

I drink green teas and fruit teas all the time as an alternative to most people's coffees as I don't like coffee that much these days. Also organic apple cider some juice is really good, however I've not been able to afford it for a few weeks. But I'll get some back soon.

May I ask what is guarana ?
