I took a ten week tai chi class. It was specifically tai chi for arthritis. I have fibromyalgia and it was one recommendation from the doctors I see. I also have osteoarthritis and two tears in my labrum in my right shoulder. The tears limit my movement of my arm. This is a very relaxing form of exercise. I am able to move my arm a bit more each time I do this. I would recommend this for people with chronic pains.

Does anyone know of a good place in Denver?

Thanks for the info. However, I went on the site and there was nothing there???????????????????//

As did I. Maybe it was taken down!

Yes I take Qi Jong and find it to be very effective with my osteoarthritis.. I keep moving and that’s what is important.. water aerobics is great, chair yoga too!
