@riflemanz64 I'm surprised about apples. Perhaps since my Barrett's was not at all severe my endo didn't mention things that were only mildly acidic. The restrictions I most remember from then, which was around in 2013, were citrus, and coffee. I did used to drink wine but since being diagnosed with NASH cirrhosis and having a liver transplant I can't drink any alcohol anyway.
If I was told to not eat chocolate I probably convenient forgot that.
