You can google low acid diet. I bought the book" the acid watchers diet". Very good info on diet. Lists ph of foods, what to avoid if you have gerd or Barrett's. It has recipes too. Avoid processed foods, soda, booze, spicy foods, Italian, Mexican, tomato, vinegar products. Drink more water and almond milk unsweetened and green tea. Low acid coffee is ok. Don't eat 3 hrs before bedtime. Lose weight if you need to. Exercise more. No chocolate or mint.

After reading everything here I’m so angry with my add and myself. In 2017 when they found the “Barrett’s”, I had so much going on, within a 3 month time frame we adopted 2 granddaughters that we had been fighting for for over 2 years, the baby had heart surgery, I had a hysterectomy followed by a blood clot and finally closing my business. My Dr did not tell me how serious this could be and I was so consumed by life and the 4 kids I had at home that I just ignored it. With 3 years passing and so many symptoms that point to this I am really scared what we will find on Tuesday. Sorry for the novel, I’m just obsessing over this.
