@ken82 Tomatoes have been OKd for you with BE? I do cheat and eat them, but I thought they were not permissible. I too love caprese salad - tomatoes and fresh mozzarella - but between BE and having developed lactose intolerance, I won’t be eating them anymore.

I was told the same about tomatoes and we have a garden full right now. My favorite but have not had any for about a year and frankly I am too afraid to eat one now.
