Low acid diet, no soda, booze, orange juice, no tomato products, no fried foods, no coffee, I bought low acid coffee from Amazon and have 1 cup a day. PH is 6.18. No acidic fruits or veggies. I drink one cup of skim milk for breakfast with my cheerios, then it's water all day.
For lunch I have some fat free plain yogurt with a turkey sandwich. I also have some melon chunks. I eat a lot of baked chicken breasts for dinner with a baked potato and steamed broccoli. If I want dessert I have angel food cake topped with fat free cool whip.
I also have baked fish for dinner too. I also walk a lot for exercise. I'm now up to 5-7 miles a day. That's my diet. If anyone wants to share what they are drinking besides water that's safe for the esophagus please post it.
