Hello @kaencar, your question caught my eye as one who also suffers from forms of arthritis and a bad right knee that I had cartilage removed from when I was in my 30s. The older I get the more it bothers me so I've often thought about knee replacement. I was able to find some interesting work on new types of treatment being done by Mayo Clinic.

Thank you. Glad to hear that it looks like I can add Ibuprofen to my Tylenol at least short term.
