Absolutely I did, over several weeks. No competent psychiatric professional would ever take you off Effexor XR cold turkey. None. Period.

I’m surprised you were able to taper completely in a couple weeks! Did you have any ongoing residual effects i.e., brain zaps or dizziness/nausea?
