I had the same experience. I developed terrible aches in my joints and they thought I might have rheumatoid arthritis. But my PCP thought it might be a side effect of the statin I was taking and suggested I take CoQ10. Within a couple of months of starting the COQ10 my joints were back to normal.

Thanks for sharing that and glad you're better, too. On the statin I couldn't sleep the leg pain was so bad after a while, and my Cardiologist said to take 100mg a day (Ubiquinol form is needed pretty much - read the label) and bye bye leg pain.
