Hi, Good health to you. One caveat is, and I'm not a Nutritionist, is that the body does not make Vitamin B12, vital for the nervous system, and if you go vegan, you really do need to supplement that diet with a couple of eggs a week to get some B12 or you will be deficient. (Vegans, please don't attack me for saying that. We DO need real, animal B12 in our diets. I've researched this. And I LOVE animals (except the ones who can eat me!) : ) (At least eggs have no eyes to see slaughter and even chickens will eat their own eggs if they break; I've seen it happen.) Wishing you, me and everyone complete speedy health in every way -- mind, body and spirit. Thanks.

Hello, thank you very much for your response. You sure are right about the eggs in that they don't see the slaughter that animals see. I get my eggs from a wonderful farmer who loves his chickens and take good care of them and doesn't eat them either. I don't eat store-bought eggs. When I get my blood checked, my Dr. checks my B12 and it is always fine. I eat about 6-8 eggs per week. I wish you and everyone else the same health. Thanks again
