Does CBD oil help you with your depression and/or anxiety?

I joined a site on a FB CBD oil users. People are very informative on different brands. Those that I mentioned had great reviews so I thought give it a chance. So that’s what I did and I have no complaints only good reviews

@cdcc- Is there a particular group that you favor? I think that I am going to look on line for a source. I think that my local one is expensive. Any other advice?
