To @rascal 1. Thank you for giving the details I asked for. I have suffered from many of the illnesses and traumas that you have faced. The drugs that you are taking are so strong that CBD oil is unlikely to help dramatically. If you still want to take it, do so with the permission of your doctor. There is probably no harm in taking it, but don't expect significant improvement. But please don't try to withdraw from Xanax just now. It is unlikely to be successful because you have recently faced many traumas and stresses in your life. Your doctor is right in treating your depression more aggressively because if your depression comes under control, your anxiety will automatically be reduced. Depression and anxiety are two sides of the same coin. The long-term treatment of generalized anxiety is antidepressants, though sometimes it may be necessary to add benzodiazepines on a long-term basis. Your doctor is right in increasing the dosage of Zoloft to 200 mg. It is likely to help you. I just have one question: Do you tolerate Zoloft well? Many people are not able to do so. It would be a good thing if you are able to tolerate high doses of Zoloft. Hope my opinion helps. Regards.

Thanks much. Dr upped my Zoloft to 150 today. I don’t feel side effects but not much less depressed . Xanax is helping with the anxiety
