I also suffer from severe to extreme anxiety, I awake every morning with it and it lasts. I took myself off Ativan and seraquel, am using CBD oil from Lazarus, and I just bought CBD gummy’s yesterday, bit the head off one last night an finally slept for the first time in ages. It’s worth a try so you don’t have to take Lexapro and may feel better
