I have found that I no longer need the recommended dosage. Have been using around4 months and it has helped with anxiety which is helping some with pain and I am pleased with using CBD thus far. The thing I find interesting is I am down to dosing by drops which is a positive thing as I am not building up a tolerance. My mood has improved and no ugly side effects. I no longer am taking it sublingually as I noticed a touch of irritability. Once I tried placing it on the top of my tongue and swallowing it the tingh of irritability did not take place. Could just be me🤪. May be helpful for someone else.

What do you mean with the recommended doses? How much where you initially taking and for how long? Then when did you realized you needed less for the same results and how much is less?

Do you think that with time we need less? How many drops were you at the beginning and how many now? Do you think we'll reach a point of not needing it?
