I was semi-wrong. I got better clarification:

CBD oil is found in two common forms:

1) CBD oil from isolate - the CBD is isolated from other cannabinoids and the oil contains zero THC.
2) Full Spectrum CBD oil - oil contains CBD plus other cannabinoids, including very trace amounts of THC (.03% or less)

Benefits of CBD isolate - legal and isn't looked for in standard drug tests.

Benefits of Full Spectrum CBD - All cannabinoids, including CBD, are generally considered more effective when combined. This is called the "entourage effect". Trace amounts of THC (small enough to not be psychoactive) is known to boost the effectiveness of CBD, therefore Full Spectrum CBD products are often considered superior. However, some people cannot have any THC in their systems whatsoever (employment/drug testing) and in those cases I do not recommend full spectrum products because of the few cases I've seen of trace amount of THC being detected in drug tests.

@ecjames71 In a nutshell explanation-thanks. I can say I do NOT get a high with full spectrum CBD oil. I have not ever smoked pot either and with so small of an amount THC it would seem unlikely. Since you stated you are a recovering addict I can understand your not wanting the full spectrum CBD as it may affect you or anyone else with addictive issues. Also, as I have mentioned at different times we are not all wired the same.
