I have copied Colleen Young's posted links to information about CBD use for anxiety, PTSD, and depression. The articles are excellent and encouraging. If you're willing to do your own experiment, and it's legal where you live, you may want to try CBD as an alternative to the medications you have previously taken. One article mentioned a research using 400 ml of CBD per day per person. That's a huge dose! I use a CBD product that is .75 ml CBD, and .25 mL THC per dose. I use 3-4 doses at that level twice a day, and it works very well for me.

"While there is promising evidence that CBD may help anxiety, the jury is still out. Here are some articles to help you when discussing with your health providers or considering what you need to know when purchasing any unregulated substance:

I hope you find some help and relief with this unconventional treatment with CBD.

@gailb I have been having some positive results with the CBD oil with the THC. 400 ml would be a seemingly high dose as I take 2 ml/day dividing it up into 4 doses. It is expensive though. Cannot imagine the cost of 400 ml/day. There are days I do not use as much. I do know I am sleeping better at night!!! Grandkids today so I am now in my grandma happy place. They are so accepting of my limitations.
