Yes I would like to know too . If it it’s against the law in the state I live in what’s to stop me from ordering it ? Would I get in trouble ?
Jeff, here is what I am told by my medical marijuana provider. CBD is legal in all 50 states and online ordering is CBD from hemp plants as it contains no THC, the psychic ingredient in marijuana. CBD from marijuana contains 5-7% THC and is sold only in states that have legalized marijuana or states with medical marijuana cards. What you want is the CBD from marijuana plants.
It has often been stated or asked about the legality of CBD in all 50 states.
According to this article in Forbes https://www.forbes.com/sites/monazhang/2018/04/05/no-cbd-is-not-legal-in-all-50-states/#64339d6762c1
"CBD is not legal in all 50 states — even though it is widely available. At best, the law is murky and open to differing interpretations."
Further explanation and differentiation between states is described in this Medium article

@cdcc Stay home. Hit the vape slowly. Relax...the 'feeling' won't happen right away, I call it creeping .. 'coz it creeps up on you. Before you know it, you'll feel better. I prefer to try something new solo or with a good and trusted friend. Going off pharmaceuticals is tough, but you are strong and can do it! You have proven that by your desire to rid yourself of the chemicals and try a more healthy approach. I sometimes make notes of times, dosage, reactions/feelings .. it helps to keep a record. Good luck! Prayers for you.
I've been doing a ton of reading about the vapes(and CBD in general) to help me wean off diazapam and just wanted to share my conclusions in hope that it will help with your vape predicament. Regarding the "stigma" of vaping and the connotations it comes with, this should be the least of your worries. The whole PR campaign of "the war on drugs" against marijuana and it's derivatives(CBD) was heavily supported by the companies that created the drugs we are trying to get off... Now regarding the vaping itself, two things you need to know. 1 - Vaping is BY FAR the fastest way to get the CBD into the bloodstream, taking sometimes less than a min for you to feel, making it ideal for "extreme" moments when symptoms are peaking. It's important to note that it does not last nearly as long as the oils so take that into consideration. I take the oil once a day and have the vape on me if I feel a wave of anxiety coming on. 2 - Not all vape liquids are created equal. Just like food, try and find a vape liquid that has as little ingredients as possible. Anything with "lemonade flavor" or any flavor for that matter is a no-no. Anything with Vitamin E is an absolute NO and can be extremely dangerous.
PG(propylen-glycol) is also an ingredient worth avoiding. I hope this helps 🙂
Curious as to where you got and what brand of CBD oil you are using?
