Hi @rampa, I live in Wisconsin, U.S.A and was diagnosed with bronchiectasis over 3 years ago. Where I live, the winter is cold and there can be a lot of snow. I'm not a doctor. But I don't believe the temperature and snow will make bronchiectasis worsen. However, dirty air will. Although I only received formal diagnosis a short while ago, I had been suffering from the symptoms for a very long time. It is very possible the condition started when I was living in China over 30 years ago. I don't know what the air quality is in Bangalore. But I assume it is worse than that in Canada. If you are looking for clean air, Canada would be one of the places you would want to live.
