There are always others, if you look hard enough. I make daily trips to the gym the grocery store the pharmacy, anywhere I can find familiar faces anyone I can have a good word with. senior centers, go for lunch even if you don't need the food. Go to church even if you're not religious. Volunteer to read to children. They are the greatest of healers Among Us. just don't give up, it's so easy to be alone if that's the choice you make it's just as easy to be with someone.

I might start going to senior center for lunch. Cut down on my costs. Did you ever think we would have to worry about using up our SS. Thank God I have some funds from sale of my home. Thanks

I understand wanting to be alone. But I truly believe I need to force myself to be a friend to someone and get friendship back. It's easy when we don't feel well and people don't understand our illness to just shut the door and live out our life. It's harder to make an effort.
