Hi, @pepper2001 -- From the activity you describe, I would think that the likelihood of pregnancy is low; however, I'm not a medical professional. Cramping between periods can be caused by many things. If the cramping persists, your girlfriend should seek professional medical advice.

@pepper2001 I know this is a scary time. I commend you for being proactive and to reaching out to our Connect community. My thoughts are similar to that of @lisalucier. Your girlfriend could take a pregnancy test and get results. This article from Mayo Clinic is also helpful https://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-lifestyle/getting-pregnant/in-depth/home-pregnancy-tests/art-20047940. An important statement here is this sentence in the article " For the most reliable results, wait to take the test until one week after your missed period."
