Just diagnosed with "chronic gout" in middle toe. Greatly swollen and inflamed. Soreness and complicates my progressive peripheral neuropathy in my feet. Anyone else dealing with chronic gout? Suggestions on diet or homeopathic solutions greatly welcomed. Thanks, Terry

@terrydclaar I've had two occurrences of painful gout in my right foot and both times was given colchicine which took care of it fairly quickly - by the next day if I remember correctly. I did find a few articles that may be helpful for you:
