I've been having right upper abdominal pain for 5 years. Nothing can be found. Have had CT scans, EGD, colonoscopy, labs are normal. Had my gallbladder out in 2014. Every test is normal. Still dealing with pain. Started seeing the pain clinic doctor who said I could have Abdominal Wall pain. Have had a couple trigger point injections but didn't help much. Can I ask what type of pain you are having? Stabbing? Burning? Sharp? Would like to know if it's the same I've been having. Thanks. Am glad the treatment is helping you.

Had my gallbladder removed in January 2012. Had of her pain in that area for over 6 1/2 years. Felt like they left scissors in my body or something. Had CAT scans went to the ER many times only to be told there was nothing wrong with me prescribed me dicyclomine which I finally stopped taking about six months ago. My pain has improved finally but I still have the dull pain there ! I believe they did some damage when I took out my gallbladder. Right after surgery they had clamped my bile duct shut and almost killed me! Never been the same since ! Praying for you to feel better soon and to get some relief

I had deep stabbing pain in my right lower abdomen. The ER was always concerned I had a kidney stone. I remember having a colonoscopy before my diagnosis. I was told
I had a tortuous colon. I notice some pain when my bowel is full. The deep tissue massage/scar mobilization has made the most difference. I had another lap surgery after my diagnosis. I have some scar tissue that has attached to my rib. I notice more pain there as I get closer to my every 3 month appointment. Don’t give up. I think this really takes time to figure out. I do use nortriptyline and I was on tramadol. I try not to do aggressive abdominal exercises or heavy yard work.
