Hello. I have been diagnosed with this as well. My question is, what type of Dr. Does the ultrasound guided steroid injection or nerve block. I have been referred to an ob/ gyn who had never heard of such a thing and laughed in my face. I just want this pain to go away but don't know where to go. My Dr doesn't seem to know either.
